Patricia (Pat)HAND(Formerly Babur) On January 5th peacefully in hospital Pat aged 71 years of Stockton formerly Middlesbrough. Devoted and much loved mam of Sara, Rachel and Ayse, dear mother-in-law of Geoffrey, Damian and Stevie, cherished grandma of Simone, Elliott, Joseph, Sophie, Emily, Francesca, Julia, Harvey and great-grandma of Lucas. Pat will be very, very sadly missed by Ishak. Service to take place in the Chapel of St Bede, Teesside Crematorium on Thursday January 17th at 10.00am. Friends please meet at the Crematorium Chapel. No flowers please, any donations in lieu of flowers to The Oasis Suite, University Hospital of North Tees. A collection plate will be available at the Crematorium Chapel.
